The Pure Prize Draw

The promoter of this Prize Draw is Pure Cremation Funeral Planning Limited, Registered Address: Charlton Park Crematorium, Charlton Down, Andover, SP11 0TA. Registered in England and Wales No. 09906976. ("Pure Cremation").

• The Pure Cremation Cash Prize Draw includes a Main Prize Draw and various Monthly Draws (every month). The Main Prize Draw shall be conducted as one (1) Drawing with a start date and close date period for one (1) £25,000 Prize identified in 'Draw Start Dates and Close Dates' below (the “Main Prize Entry Period”).
• The Monthly Prize Draws shall be conducted as twelve (12) Drawings with start date and close date periods for four (4) £250 Prizes for each Draw identified in Section 5 Table 2 below (each a “Monthly Draw Entry Period”).

• The Draws are only open to residents of England, Scotland & Wales who take out a Pure Cremation Funeral Plan (a “Plan”) before the Close Date(s). Pure Cremation must have received your application and received either full payment (if you buy a Single Payment Plan) or a completed Direct Debit Mandate (if you buy a Monthly Instalment or Continuous Payment Plan) before the Close Date(s) for your entry to be eligible.
• You may opt out of any of the Draws at any time – see Section 'Eligibility' for details of how to Opt-out.
• Employees and immediate family members of employees of Pure Cremation and any other Pure group company are excluded from entering the Draws.
• If you cancel your Plan before any of the applicable Draw Close Dates you will automatically be removed from all Draws.
• Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions will be void or refused. Pure Cremation does not accept any liability for any applications lost, damaged or delayed in transit.

• To be entered into the Main Prize Draw, a participant (“you”) must take out a Plan) as a Customer (as defined in the Funeral Plan Terms and Conditions) before the Main Prize Draw Close Date.
• To be entered into the Monthly Prize Draw(s), you must take out a Plan as a Customer before one of the Monthly Prize Draw Close Dates.
• Entry to the Main Prize Draw or Monthly Draws will not affect any of the conditions of the Plan.
• You can choose to Opt-out of the Main Prize Draw or any Monthly Draw at any time. You can choose to Opt-out by contacting customer services by telephone or email. As soon as we receive your Opt-out notification you will be removed from all Draws.
• Providing you have not Opted-out you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Main Prize Draw providing you have not cancelled your Plan before the Main Prize Draw Close Date.
• Providing you have not Opted-out you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Monthly Prize Draw providing you have not cancelled your Plan before the Monthly Prize Draw Close Date. The first Monthly Prize Draw you will be entered into will be dependent on the date of your Plan application. You will automatically receive one (1) entry into all subsequent Monthly Prize Draws providing you have not cancelled your Plan before any of the subsequent Monthly Prize Draw Close Dates.
• Pure Cremation may, in its discretion, run various promotions across the Promotion Period. For example, it may, for a temporary period, offer Participants “bonus entries” in connection to when and how they take out their Plan. Each “bonus entry” will: constitute a single, independent entry in the applicable Prize Draw(s) and be treated in exactly the same way as any other entry to the Prize Draw(s)
• Any additional terms applicable in relation to a special promotion will be made clear to Participants taking advantage of a special promotion prior to entry.
• Entries are conditional on taking out a Pure Cremation Funeral Plan.
• All Customers registered for the Main Prize Draw or any Monthly Draw are subject to these terms and conditions.

• Each eligible Customer will be allocated a unique random entry number for each Draw they are eligible to enter.
• Any Customer with a bonus entry(s) will be allocated additional unique random entry numbers depending on the number of bonus entries they are entitled to.
• Pure Cremation will use a computer process that produces verifiably random results to select the winning number. The winning number will be between one and the total number of eligible entries at the Close Date of the Draw.
• Winners will be drawn within 7 working days of each Draw Close Date for Paper Applications detailed in section 'Draw Start Dates and Close Dates'.
• Pure Cremation will contact the winner by telephone within 5 working days of the Draw Date. The winner will be required to confirm their personal details to Pure Cremation before the Prize can be released.
• If Pure Cremation cannot contact the winner by telephone or is unable to confirm the winner’s details by telephone then a letter will be sent to the winner at the address held by Pure Cremation which will require the winner to contact Pure Cremation to confirm their personal details. The letter will be sent within 6 working days of the Draw Date.
• If no response is received from the Winner to Pure Cremation within 30 days of the letter being sent, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and Pure Cremation will select another winner from Eligible Entries at the applicable Draw Close Date within 14 days in accordance with the process described above.
• Payment of the prize will be made by bank transfer to the bank details already held by Pure Cremation for the Winner or if requested by the Winner by Cheque. The winner must have confirmed their details within the required time limit for the payment of the Prize to be released. Payment will be within 28 days of the winner confirming their details to Pure Cremation.
• Pure Cremation reserves the right to vary the delivery method of the Prize if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.

Insofar as is permitted by law, Pure Cremation will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss or damage occurring as a result of the winner taking up or not taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence or breach of these terms by Pure Cremation. Your statutory rights are not affected.

• Pure Cremation reserves the right in exceptional circumstances to change the terms and conditions or the features of the Draw. Notice of these changes will be placed on the Pure Cremation website.
• Provided they have given permission, the winner’s name will be displayed on the Pure Cremation website and the winner may be asked to participate in any reasonable publicity required by Pure Cremation.
• Pure Cremation's decision regarding any aspect of the Draw shall be final and binding on all participants and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions, whether of a contractual or non-contractual nature, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
